If you arrive with any of the above items you will usually be able to dispose of it/them at the gate. No items left at the gate will be able to be collected once the customer has left the gate area.
Items surrendered at the gate can be disposed of immediately.

The Knowsley Social is taking place in the grounds of the internationally renowned Knowsley Estate on land adjacent to Knowsley Safari.
You will access The Knowsley Social via the Safari park’s main entrance which is in Prescot, Merseyside, on the A58 bypass. We are just off the M57, less than 30 minutes away from Liverpool and just 45 minutes away from Manchester.

Once you arrive at this postcode the pick-up and drop off point, along with the car park will be clearly signed. Our friendly stewards will also be on hand to direct you to the arena.
When arriving on site please ensure to follow our COVID secure procedures – including wearing a mask until you arrive at your POD, keeping vehicle windows closed until you are safely parked/dropped off in the allotted car park/pick up and drop off and maintaining social distancing of a minimum of 1m until you arrive in your allocated POD.

There is no need to book in advance to get picked up from the event! A manned secure pickup point will be available with our official transport partner Britannia cars with quick prompt service to get you home safely.
Yes. Parking is available on site free of charge.
No. We operate a no pass outs system in order to ensure the safety of everybody at the event.

No. Due to Health and Safety guidance, we are unable to permit any food or drink to be brought in from outside the event.
A high quality and varied food and beverage option will be available on site.
Of course not. Each POD has enough space to seat 6 people and for 6 people to stand and dance etc. if there is less than 6 people in your party then that’s fine, but we’re sure you can find enough people who want to join you!
All members of your party need to gain admission to the event at the same time.
Beverage services at the event will be operated through an on-site QR code.
No. We will not be accepting cash at we will be operating a table service system for all food and beverage sales so all payments will be required to go through our online system.

Unfortunately, not. No professional video, audio or photography equipment is permitted at the event. Unless you have been successful in gaining a press pass for the event.
No, POD numbers will be allocated to groups upon arrival to the event. Please ensure that all members of your party arrive together. Once in your POD you will simply scan a QR code to sync your POD number to your online ordering account and you are ready to go!
Face coverings will NOT be provided, but you are required to wear a face covering whist moving around the arena. There will be numerous hand sanitiser stations positioned throughout the arena so ticket holders can regularly ensure their hands are clean.

No. However, if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 you must not attend the event. Failure to comply with these measures could result in you being ejected from the event.
Yes. Our dedicated-on site cleaning team will have the sole responsibility of keeping all of the facilities on site sanitised. Toilets will be cleaned periodically during each show.
Yes. After each show the entire event arena will be subject to all normal cleaning procedures as well as COVID specific misting and cleaning processes.
Ensuring the safety of customers and staff is at the forefront of our operation.
Our dedicated COVID stewards will operate throughout the event site for the duration of each show. They will ensure that customers and staff are adhering to our COVID secure procedures at all times, including social distancing.
Yes. Viewing pods will be accessible for wheelchair users.
